Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

Delphra collects information necessary to provision API keys, meter request usage, and process billing transactions through Stripe. We also record request telemetry (timestamps, status codes, token consumption) for reconciliation and invoice auditability.

2. Processing of Customer Product Data

Product records and image URLs submitted to /api/v1/enrich_product are processed transiently through our multimodal pipeline solely to produce the requested enrichment intelligence. Delphra does not sell your catalog data to third parties.

3. Security & Isolation

API keys are hashed using SHA-256 before storage. Sessions and transient inference artifacts are automatically deleted from memory and scratch storage upon request finalization.
