Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the Delphra Developer API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. API Usage & Authentication
Delphra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity executed under your credentials.
3. Metering, Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. Any metered overage beyond the allocated tier limits will be computed upon request fulfillment and billed in arrears on your monthly invoice.
4. Acceptable Use & Rate Limits
You agree not to circumvent rate limits, probe infrastructure vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer the underlying sub-agent architecture. Violation may result in immediate key revocation.
